Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、2021年に開催される予定の2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックに対して競技会場となることではない形で関与する地方公共団体を対象に、アンケート調査やインタビュー調査を実施し、東京オリンピック・パラリンピックへの関与を契機に「ソフトレガシー」がどのように構築されているのか、そのための取り組みを調査・分析し、その方法を明らかにする。
