| Outline of Research at the Start |
RNAウィルス感染関連分子及びがん関連分子等について、IPA等のネットワーク解析ツールを用いて解析し、RNAウィルス感染メカニズム並びにがん幹細胞及び上皮間葉転換関連分子に関する分子ネットワークを構築し、分子ネットワーク及び分子情報を得る。構築した分子ネットワーク等のデータを基に人工知能AIツール等を用いて、RNAウィルス感染メカニズムを明らかにし、分子ネットワーク情報からがんサブタイプ等予測モデルを構築する。新型コロナウィルス、インフルエンザウィルス、C型肝炎等のRNAウィルス感染メカニズムと、がんとの関連性を明らかにすることによって、ウィルス感染対策やがん創薬へ役立つことが期待される。
