Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、低出生率や不妊問題など生殖が関わる問題を背景に日本人男性（２０代から４０代）のセクシュアリティと生殖行動を質的に検証する。女性の妊孕力については研究の蓄積があるが、生殖の一端を担う男性の性行動意識を精査したものは乏しい。特に、単独で行う性行動と相手を伴う性交渉がどのように振り分けられているかについてフォーカスグループディスカッションの手法を用いて探求する。また、性交渉の相手についてもその多様性に着目して現代日本における性行動の社会・文化的意味を検討する。今まで可視化されていない男性の認識を明らかにすることで、女性が抱える生殖医療の問題を再考する。
