Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、紛争と虐殺によって大量の避難民が国内外に生み出されたルワンダにおいて、とくに国境の外に出ることなく避難を余儀なくされた人びとを対象として、そうした「移動」がかれらにいかに経験されているのかを検討することにある。具体的には、「国内避難民研究の整理と支援の実態」「国内避難民の生存基盤の確保」「国内避難民の社会関係の構築」「国内避難民による『移動』の経験」の4点を解明するなかで、容易に不可視化されうる国内避難民の実態を提示するとともに、かれらの日常的な実践のなかに暴力の再発を抑止する可能性を探求していく。
