Outline of Research at the Start

In this proposal, we aim to develop probe-type nanowire sensor for label free, in-situ, ultrasensitive detection of biomarkers from single cell in adherent culture. It might be a general strategy for molecule detection if we functionalized the nanowire with different types of receptors.
