Outline of Research at the Start	アルツハイマー病やハンチントン病などの諸疾患において、ミトコンドリアの融合・分裂による形態異常の関与が報告されている。しかしながら、ミトコンドリアの融合・分裂においては解明されていないことが多い。一方、微小管は細胞分裂等において重要な役割を果たし、近年ではガン治療など多くの分野で治療のターゲットとして注目を集めているオルガネラである。本研究では、出芽酵母におけるミトコンドリアの融合・分裂と微小管の関係について研究を進める。
