| Outline of Research at the Start |
地域で生活をする高齢者は熱中症の発生や重症化、死に至る危険性が高く、予防対策はわが国の喫緊の課題である。本研究は、職種や所属、教育的背景の違う地域ケアの多職種を対象にした、協同的・体系的・継続的に学習できる教育プログラムを開発することである。
このような教育プログラムにより重層的、効果的な支援がなされることで、地域で暮らす高齢者の安全安楽な暮らしや療養生活を支える良質なサービスを提供することにつながると考える。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to develop and implement an educational intervention program for multiple professionals involved in comprehensive community care, aiming to address the growing issue of heat stroke due to the super-aging society and global warming. Using qualitative research grounded in the practical knowledge of home care providers such as visiting nurses, we identified risk factors and designed a program accordingly. The program's impact was evaluated by assessing changes in participants' knowledge, awareness, and behavior. By integrating theory and practice, this study established and assessed a multidisciplinary and collaborative educational model for heat stroke prevention, an area previously lacking development. The findings contribute an effective intervention model that supports community-wide collaboration and enhances local prevention systems.

本研究は、地域包括ケアにおける熱中症予防の課題に対し、多職種間の知識共有と連携の促進を目的とした教育介入プログラムを開発し、その有効性を実証的に評価した。得られた知見は、地域全体での予防体制構築に資する実践モデルとしての意義を有し、今後の保健福祉施策に寄与するものである。
