| Research Abstract |
The training of lawyers and civil servants with the focus on practical training and the employment and function of legal professions in the public sectors are investigated for the USA, Germany and France by means of interviews to professors, personal operation department and civil servants of lawyers of public sectors, legal examination department, training agencies, and law firms and documentary search are investigated. As a result it is confirmed that subjects oriented to the works in the public sectors and the practical training are to integrated to the curriculum of the legal high educational system.
