Research Abstract |
In this research, we considered automatic generation of mathematical programming problems based on a net-modeling approach and proposed heuristic algorithms for large-scale optimization problems. We confirmed that mixed integer programming problems could be generated for iterative job-shop scheduling problems from their hybrid Petri net models. And also we developed strategic searching algorithms based on estimation distribution algorithms and proposed hybrid algorithms of meta-heuristic algorithms and an exact algorithm. Experimental evaluation showed effectiveness of our proposals for large-scale optimization problems compared to traditional approaches.
