Research Abstract |
We intend to develop the extracorporeal system for Alzheimer’s disease by removal of whole blood amyloid beta (Aβ) which may reduce brain Aβ.In this study, we tried toreveal the effect of improving the recognition by extracorporeal system in rats.1. In rat model, the synthetic Aβ that injected into the cisternal was detected inrat whole blood.2. The extracorporeal system for removal Aβ in rats and cognitive evaluation system wasestablished.
