Research Abstract |
In this research project, I examined the Chicano writer, Rudolfo Anaya (1937-present) and Martinique writers, Eduard Glissant (1928-2011) and Patrick Chamoiseau (1953-present) from the Americas’ point of view which brings North and South Americas into perspective and tried to review what the United States of America should be. Their literatures started from nationalism against colonial rules, and have got a world perception. I believe it is the key to today’s many problems under the postcolonial situation.
