Research Abstract |
This research has analyzed the legitimacy of the World Bank and bank’s influence on the international development regime through case studies of the World Bank’s Inspection Panel. From the point of view the Inspection Panel and Non-governmental Organizations to examine the World Bank’s projects which cause serious environment and social problems, study have obtained clue about civil societies relationship between developing countries and industrialized countries in global governance. The researcher surveyed the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Nepal Arun Valley and thermal power plant of Republic of Albania.
