About rural revitalization for a depopulated area, the residents’ meeting where residents communicate each other must be thought as important as a base of activity. In the marginal hamlet where aging advanced, a meeting cannot be held, either but the measure for revitalization activity alsosuffers a setback. Now, the foreign trainee as auxiliary labor of the aged agriculture is indispensable. The agricultural education in a foreign trainee's mother country is also important, and construction of the farmer support organization in his country is especially required for with the trainee support after a homecoming. Although the female entrepreneur is expected in the depopulated area, an understanding of the residents to a woman entrepreneur is not enough, and, so, the subject of a female entrepreneur not being raised enough remains.
