Research Abstract |
Methods developed at the most advanced Japanese and American elementary and junior high schools were analyzed by studying performance evaluations of children’s activities. As a result of this, it is possible to observe a trend in which music, language and physical education are used in a well-balanced way, which boosts creative expression. In addition, it is clear that when music and language are used together, they have a beneficial mutual effect, and the quality of both kinds of activities increases.Performance activities involving language and physical activities involving music are an effective method of activating this relationship.
