Research Abstract |
The micro-wave magnetic thin film materials of CoFeSmB/X for the operating over 20 GHz were researched and developed according to analysis of atomic deposition. A giant uni-axial anisotropy magnetic field of several kOe was induced in accordance with operating over 20 GHz.
