Research Abstract |
I found that Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)produced in microglia stimulated an induction of mPGES-1 in endothelial cells and EP3 receptor on astrocyte under the intercellular mechanisms of neuronal injury after seizure. In addition, IL-1β affected on IL-1Receptor Type1 (IL-1R1) on the astrocyte to increase EP3 induction. On the other hand, IL-1β might regulate constructing a basic structure, suggesting a necessity to investigate the role of IL-1β in detail
