Research Abstract |
Using positron emission tomography (PET), we measured the binding of brain dopamine D1 receptors in fifteen men with high-functioning autism and 15 age- and IQ-matched control subjects with the radioligand [11C]SCH23390. Statistical parametric mapping was used for between-subject analysis and within-subject correlation analysis withrespect to clinical variables.Analyses are still ongoing.
