Research Abstract |
Biofilm bacteria are reported to be tolerant to antibiotics compared to planktonic bacteria. We tried the transposon screening to look for the antibiotic tolerance related genes with biofilm cells. Our results showed that 8 genes for biofilm cells play an important role in antibiotic tolerance.
