| Research Abstract |
The study revealed problems regarding National Nurse Exam and cross cultural adaptation among foreign nurses who came to Japan under EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement). In England, accredited nursing colleges provide ONP (Overseas Nurses Programme) in cooperation with hospitals that foreign nurses work. Adaptation of the human resource development system in England should be considered in Japan
