Research Abstract |
Social resources related to homecare support for children with disabilities living in Hokkaido Prefecture, including visiting nursing stations and nursing offices serving these children and respite care facilities, were concentrated in urban areas. In addition, an interview survey on families revealed that responses to homecare support varied by municipality. Because the present study was limited to an actual condition survey and model investigation, we aim to continue research in order to develop a homecare support network model that utilizes regional characteristics.
