Research Abstract |
The management behavior by the companies includes such as antisocial behavior as corporate scandal and social behavior such as innovation, and the management behavior often repeats concentration or continuation in the specific company. This study elucidated the company gene which the individual company as the factor of such a phenomenon held by company object questionary survey and inspected the existence of the double company gene, and, with the prolongation during the establishment of a business period, the originality of the company gene confirmed the existence of a strengthened tendency.
