Research Abstract |
Our study succeeded in developing a basic technology for simultaneous and real-time monitoring of the nuclear and chloroplast gene expressions in the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. This technology will be applied to studies on the photosynthesis and the creation of new bioenergy.
