Research Abstract |
There is a common, at least in part, mechanism whereby PTHrP gene is negatively regulated by various steroid hormones. We analyzed molecular players involved in the crosstalk among nuclear receptors, hedgehog signal and ERBB2 oncogene expression when PTHrP gene is expressed.
