Research Abstract |
The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of red wine polyphenols on catecholamine secretion in cultured bovine adrenal medullary cells. Our findings suggest that flavonoids such as silymarin, kaempferol, quercetin modulate the functions of the adrenal medulla and probably noradrenergic neurons.
