Research Abstract |
In this study, it was analyzed about the relation of transportation facilities and population dynamics of Kinki metropolitan toward the construction of consolidation type city structure. In the metropolitan level, the public transport allotment rate is high near to the inner-city area. Therefore, for Wakayama-city, transportation facility and population dynamics were analyzed in detail. As a result, population was maintained by supplying traffic facilities and housing for area that was near to the station of the center.Furthermore, in good suburban housing estatesof the social environment, it was revealed that intention of the continuation residence was high.
