Research Abstract |
Autophagy may have a role in allergic immune responses. We sought to test the hypothesis that modulation of autophagy affects provocation of anaphylaxis on oral allergen challenge. It is suggested that the modulation of autophagy ameliorates IgE-mediated anaphylaxis on oral allergen challenge in food allergic mouse model.
