Research Abstract

In this research, we discovered new phosphorylation site of mGluR5, which phosphorylated by PKA and the site is serine 870 of mGluR5. Methods of this study, we generate mGluR5 C-teerminal peptie for in vitro phosphorylation assay by protein kinase A and【γ-32P】ATP. Compared with wild and mutant mGluR5 C-terminal peptide, mutant inhibited to gain【γ-32P】labeled isotope. Now we set up the experiment of the function by this mGluR5 phosphorylation.
