Research Abstract |
This study is intended to clarify "ORIAI" of a person and the family who held a stoma(artificial anus). I carried out an interview to 11 ostomates and the seven families. It was the word "that there was no help for it" to have been common to ostomates and the families. There is not the means that, besides, is good that "there is no help for it". "ORIAI" is not reconciliation, compromise, and what ostomates and the families value most is that it thinks that there was not means elsewhere to protect it.
