| Outline of Research at the Start |
コウレオスリックス属の細菌はその糸状性の形態により活性汚泥のバルキングを誘引することが報告されている。廃水処理施設において、バルキングの発生は処理水質の悪化など様々な問題を引き起こす。本課題ではコウレオスリックス属オーランティアカ種細菌の全ゲノム塩基配列を解読し、同細菌の増殖制御因子を明らかにする。代表者は先行研究において同細菌のゲノム情報の一部を明らかにした。本課題ではその全容を解明することで、活性汚泥のバルキングの解決に繋がる有用な情報を得る計画である。
