| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、保育実践について協同的に省察する場に研究者が継続的に参加して、具体的な保育場面での子どもの姿を基に省察する機会をつくり、省察を促進する「ALACTモデル」（Korthagen et al,2001）と保育プロセスの意識化を促進する「SOAP」（河邉，2019）の視点を取り入れた支援を実施する。そして、このような支援によって、保育者の保育についての語りや記録がどのように変化するのか、その変化にどのような具体的な支援が関係しているのかを解明する。この研究成果をもとに、子どもの姿に基づく保育プロセスの言語化促進に効果的な支援プログラムも開発する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research was done to validate facilitation for childcare teachers'
verbalization of the childcare processes based on understanding children. As a result of conducting in-school training at several childcare facilities with different characteristics, the following type of in-school training was found to be an effective form of support. 1. Continuously write episode records based on the set theme, also taking into account SOAP and “questions for more clarity”. 2.Based on the reasons for selection and topics to consider,have a discussion based on the episode records during the in-school training. 3. Provide support utilizing SOAP and “questions for more clarity”. 4. Write portfolio records after the in-school training. 5. At the end of the school year, provide opportunities for teachers to verbalize their own changes and challenges.

本研究で提案した園内研修に保育者が取り組むことで、子どもの姿に基づく保育プロセスについて考え言語化することが促進され、経験に基づく知見が継承しやすくなり、保育の質の向上を図ることができる。家庭・地域・他の専門職に対して、より理解しやすい形で保育プロセスを言語化して伝えることができ、保育の専門性についての理解を促進することもできる。保育の協同的な評価も促進され、評価の信頼性・妥当性を高めることができる。保育者が自分たちの園の特徴や問題意識をふまえて、保育の質の向上のために主体的・自立的に研修や実践研究に取り組むことを促進することもできる。
