| Outline of Research at the Start |
近年、近現代建築やそれらを設計した建築家等に関わる資料保存の動きは全国に広がり、様々な機関に保管される事例が増えつつある。建築資料は専門性が高く、またこれらの多くは権利関係が複雑な場合も考えられるため、大学等の専門領域における活用が効果的であると考えられるが、日本の大学教育においてそうした資料が積極的に活用されている事例はまだあまり多くない。本研究では、海外の事例調査及び、法政大学における大江宏資料の活用と、活用を通じて生み出された資料の新たなアーカイブ化を通じて、教育における建築資料活用モデルを創出し、建築アーキビストが果たすべき役割を明らかにする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I conducted a survey of case studies of the use of architecture archives in higher education overseas, pedagogical use of Hiroshi Ohe Archive at Hosei University and archiving the results, and a survey of legal issues on the use of architecture archives.
In addition to two online events about the US cases, I conducted architectural surveys utilizing architecture archive and produced booklets about the result of surveys. I also interviewed an expert on legal issues that were clarified in the use of archive. I verified the result and significance of this research in two research papers.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
日本において建築アーカイブズが教育に活用されている事例の報告は少なく、教育現場においてアーキビストが果たすべき役割について検証した研究はみられない。本研究を通じて、海外の活用事例と活用を支える理念を国内に紹介したほか、法政大学における実践とその検証を通じて、建築教育におけるアーカイブズ活用の事例と、アーキビストが果たしうる役割の可能性を提示した。
