Outline of Research at the Start	我々は以前C型レクチンDCIRが糖鎖のNA2を認識し、自己免疫疾患および腸疾患を起こさないための免疫制御に重要な役割をすることを示した。そこで本研究では私共が作製した抗 DCIR および抗 NA2 抗体を用いて種々の炎症性疾患の実験モデルの治療を試みると共に、DCIRおよびNA2がいつ、どの臓器の細胞で発現し免疫制御能を示すかを明らかにする。この研究成果により、DCIR-NA2軸の炎症性疾患の生理機能および治療標的としての効能を明かすことができ、新治療法の開発に寄与することを期待している。
