Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、甲状腺癌患者の血液中に認めることを証明した癌組織内で高発現を示す蛋白質に対する自己抗体の測定に関して、臨床応用するために必要な検査技術確立を目指すものである。まず先行研究に基づき生命予後不良甲状腺乳頭癌の識別することが可能な検査方法の実用化を行い、さらに既存の副腎疾患レジストリを活用し診断方法が未確立の悪性褐色細胞腫や副腎皮質癌の新規診断方法の開発を目指し、検査技術応用の可能性を検証する。
