Outline of Research at the Start

ハイブリッドPETMR機器を用いて心筋炎後の慢性期における残存した活動性炎症の検出・数値化を行う。壁運動低下と線維化および残存炎症との程度と、心機能低下の進行や不整脈発生など予後との関連を調査する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ハイブリッドPETMR機器を用いて心筋炎後の慢性期における残存した活動性炎症の検出・数値化を行う事を主目的としている。 PETMRファントムでの検証は終了し、コロナの影響が依然深刻であったため症例登録の進捗が困難であったが今年度は患者登録が進み、心筋炎後慢性期の症例でPETMR撮像を行うことができた。心臓MRIでの心機能評価、炎症痕跡ので検出を試み、線維化の同定できない心筋ではFDGによる残存炎症集積が全く認められなかった。更に症例を増やし検討を進める。現時点で3-4名が登録予定である。

Reason

コロナの影響による症例登録困難は脱したが、心筋炎後慢性期の症例は冠動脈疾患や心筋症に比べて患者数が少ないため、症例登録の律速が難しい。引き続き症例登録を進める。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

症例登録を進める。解析に必要な症例数が集まった段階でMRIパラメータとFDG集積の定量解析などを行う。
