Outline of Research at the Start

自治体保健師が災害対応能力の向上のために自立的に研修が企画・実施できるようになるための、ハイブリッド型の研修方法を開発する。具体的には、①ハイブリッド研修で使用可能な演習教材を開発し、研修を実施する、②ハイブリッド研修の企画運営マニュアルを作成し、自治体保健師の自立的な研修の企画運営を支援し、ハイブリッド研修方法を評価・検証する。
