Outline of Research at the Start

現在、日本において使用されている小児の構音検査では、「どの音がどのように誤っているか」についてしか検査結果が示されないため、現在の構音検査では経験の浅い検査者にとって結果の解釈が難しく、訓練が必要な子どもが見逃されることも多い。我々は経験が浅い検査者でも結果を容易に解釈できる方法がないかと考え、海外の構音検査を参考にして構音検査を得点化するパイロットスタディーを行った。その結果、得点から機能性構音障害児を抽出することが可能であることを確認した。本研究では、パイロットスタディーから年齢群や検査語彙を広げることで、機能性構音障害児をスクリーニングできる構音検査の評価方法を開発することを目的とする。
