Outline of Research at the Start	日本の溺死率は先進国の中では最も高いことから、小学校の学習指導要領では2020年度より「安全確保につながる運動」が導入された。しかしながら、日本の水泳授業は「水泳=泳法」というイメージが強く、溺れないための安全水泳教育の取り扱いは不十分であり、教育内容の決定に必要な事項が十分に検討されていないことが課題として挙げられる。そこで、本研究では水域特性に着目した事故要因の分析および子どもの技能・知識の現状把握を行い、水域特性別の安全水泳教育プログラムを作成すること、作成したプログラムを用いて介入実験および効果検証を行うことを目的とする。
