| Outline of Research at the Start |
I study how family-friendly policies affect fertility and labor market outcomes for women taking into account how firms react to the implementation of different family-friendly policies. I analyze different family-friendly labor market policies to find those that are welfare-improving.

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
During the FY2023, we were able to present project in different conferences all over the world and get feedback for the model improvement. Now the project is approaching it's final stage. Most of the work is done. We are now in the process of final calibration of the model, getting ultimate precise estimates of the results and preparing the draft.

Reason
Everything goes smoothly with the project, all the co-authors had enough time to work on the project. Project is approaching it's final stage - writing the paper to submit it to the scientific journal.

Now we are finishing with model calibration and in the process of writing the scientific paper. Once this is done, we are planning to submit the paper to a journal.
