現時点で、保育器の至適な高さの設定基準は存在していない。
本研究では、看護師の保育器内の児へのケア中の姿勢、保育器と身体各部位との距離、ケア中の視野を計測して分析する。そして看護師が設定する保育器の高さの設定根拠を、身体的側面と看護師の思考の側面から明らかにする。
保育器内の状況を把握し、児のサインを見逃さずにケアを提供できる至適な保育器の高さを検討することで、保育器内の児への安全・安楽な看護の提供を目的とする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Factors that contribute to the setting of the height of the incubator include the angle of forward bending of the neck, the distance between the incubator and the subject, and the width of the subject's feet. In addition, the thought process of the nurse, the visual perception in the incubator, and the gaze trajectory were also predicted as factors.
Although I were not able to clarify the cause, I would like to use a tool that can simultaneously visualize the gaze trajectory and movement to clarify the optimal height of the incubator to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
現時点では、保育器の至適な高さ設定基準は存在していないが、保育器の高さの上面を自身の肩より高く設定するものと肩より低く設定するものがいた。頸部の前屈角度、保育器と被験者までの距離、被験者の足幅、看護師の思考過程、保育器内の捉えている視界、視線軌跡が高さ設定の要因として予測された。継続して要因を明らかにすることで、医療安全、保育器内のケアの質の向上の一助となる。
