Outline of Research at the Start

イヌの腫瘍疾患に対しては既存の治療法では十分に治療できない場合も多く、新規治療法の開発が求められている。イヌの腫瘍疾患に対して、抗PD-L1抗体は一定の抗腫瘍効果を示したが、単剤のみで明確な腫瘍の縮小を認めた症例は限られていた。本研究では、イヌの腫瘍疾患に対する新規治療法の樹立を最終目標とし、イヌ腫瘍における免疫回避機構の解析および多機能型抗体の開発とその治療効果の検討を行う。
