Outline of Research at the Start	顎骨の恒常性維持および破綻のメカニズムの理解や病態解析には、顎骨組織に相当する顎骨オルガノイドの応用が有効と考えられる。申請者は、独自に開発した細胞集塊Clumps of MSCs/ECM complexes(C-MSCs)のメカのノシグナルを調整することで一定の立体骨様組織を作製する培養方法を樹立した。さらに、顎骨の発生を担う神経堤細胞由来外胚葉性間葉をヒトiPS細胞から誘導し、集塊化させることに成功した。そこで本研究では、神経堤細胞由来外胚葉性間葉と細胞集塊からの骨様組織作製技術を応用し、顎骨オルガノイドを樹立することを目的とした。
