Research Abstract |
Metabolomics and transcriptomics analyses of encystation in Entamoeba invadens was conducted. We demonstrated a comprehensive view of metabolisms during encystation, including several unpredicted pathways and metabolites. These data should help us to further identify key regulatory points of gene expression and metabolic fluxes, and eventually understand elaborate regulation of entire metabolic network during encystation.
