| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research considered infringements of intellectual property rights by field research in Asian developing and emerging countries, and obtained characteristics of illegal trades and behaviors in the infringements. By doing interviews and collecting samples and official data, we focused on counterfeit parts, fake ingredients of Japanese food, illegal copies and files of music content, and patents of environment technologies. Furthermore we examined the possibility of cooperation to combat infringements between developed and developing countries.
