Research Abstract |
We newly developed the Sense of Contribution Scale. We published the original article entitled "Reliability, validity, and significance of assessment of sense of contribution in the workplace". We also found bullying and harassment brought about not only psychiatric symptoms but somatic symptoms. We published the original article entitled "Associations of workplace bullying and harassment with pain". In the examination of prevention methods of suicide in the workplace, we focused on effects of occupational stress on psychiatric and somatic symptoms and got new findings. We published the original articles entitled "Circulating nitrite and nitrate are associated with job-related fatigue in women, but not in men" and "Associations of job stress indicators with oxidative biomarkers in Japanese men and women. We also published Age and gender difference in the association of effort-reward imbalance with blood pressure" in the journal, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics.
