Research Abstract	I made a research on the relationship between regulation of public law and regulation of private law in labour law. The cause of whether the effect on violation is related only to the world of public law was considered, as Employment of Older Persons Security Act and Worker Dispatch Law. As a result of this research the standard of private law effect and the limit of the freedom of adoption became clear. Rather than the distinction theory of public law and private law in labour law, it advocated adopting an interdependence theory.
