Research Abstract |
The psychological and behavioral effects of Amoeba Management system (AMS) on self efficacy, team efficacy, and autonomous motivation were investigated in a Japanese firm. Results showed that AMS positively promoted the above psychological variables, and the effects of AMS depended on how to recognize the AMS information and the way of operating AMS.
