| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this research project is to clear conditions and elements for the handicapped to be engaged with activities of agricultural products including processing and to build a welfare community with agricultural production.
The results are as follows;firstly necessity of expanding chances about training needs to process agricultural production, secondly functioning intermediary support system to advice various funds information and application forms, thirdly alternatives of work chance in winter seasons because of hardship of agricultural environment, fourthly collaboration with elderly people in the community
