Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to examine the economic support system for non-profit organizations (NPOs) which execute social businesses of housing supply and management. Housing businesses by NPOs such as supply of new apartment houses and support for living in these houses are mainly given to elderly and other distressed people. Many kinds of housing projects have implemented, but profits from each project are not enough and businesses rely on the social security system. For sustainable management of these housing projects, fundraising systems from citizens, private enterprises, and public sectors are necessary.
