The purposes of this study are a proposal for the rearrangement of the problems to breed the safe culture of the Medical clinic and the construction of safety education systems. The questionnaire is Japanese edition of "the investigations into about the medical safety culture," which was developed on the basis of American AHRQ by the author. As a result,affirmative answers of more than 80% of doctors and nurses were "teamwork" and" learning of the organizations". The common characteristics of the safety culture obtained from the data of 2 clinics by an interview and participating observation were improvement and device for safety, the construction of good relations between a doctor and the staff, etc. In conclusion, the followings are considered as a proposal of constructing safety education systems to breed the safety culture of the Medical clinic: Training contents in consideration of staffs’ attribute, Improvement of doctors’ safety consciousness as a manager,etc.
