Research Abstract |
It is thought that human and mouse embryos acquire the first polarity of body axes during early development. In this study, a new knowledge will be acquired during early mouse embryo development, and be showed the detail of the mechanism. As a results, I showedthat (1) Ac (1) Activity of LFE were shown in some blastomeres of 4-16 cell stage embryos. (2) LFE positive cells contributed to extra-embryonic tissues.
